Released in 1997, Accident of Birth is the fourth studio album by heavy metal artist Bruce Dickinson.
This album is markedly different in style from his previous effort in his previous album Skunkworks. At the time of recording this album, Dickinson reunited with former bandmate Adrian Smith. Smith and Dickinson had previously worked together in the majorly popular rock band Iron Maiden. Combining their musical and instrumental knowledge allowed for ideas to flow naturally and not be forced.
Featuring artwork from Derek Riggs for the cover and the vinyl being pressed onto red and yellow splatter, not only is the music pleasing to the ears but the event of opening and appreciating the physical media is also pleasing to the eyes.
This incredible album is very well deserving of a spot in your collection
