  • Cage the Elephant is an American rock band from Bowling Green, Kentucky. The musicians Matt, Brad, Jared, Parish and Tichenor gave the go-ahead by performing at the SXSW in Texas and attracted international attention.

    Their self-titled debut album Cage The Elephant (2008) sold 550,000 copies and stayed in the Top200 Billboard Charts for 73 consecutive weeks. The second studio album Thank You, Happy Birthday was released on January 11, 2011 and immediately climbed to number 2 on the Billboard 200, selling over 250,000 copies so far.

    Numerous sold out concerts and tours with Black Keys, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, Stone Temple Pilots, Foals, Silversun Pickups, Manchester Orchestra are among her stage highlights.

    Melophobia is her latest work. The pre-released single Come A Little Closer has been number 1 in the US Alternative Charts for 8 weeks and number 2 in the German
    College Airplay Charts.
