Fans of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have no reason to complain: "Gumboot Soup" is already the 13th studio album of the Australian psychedelic rock band. It was originally released on 31st December 2017 and is now finally available on CD and vinyl.
The album is the last of no less than five albums that the band released in 2017, the successor to "Polygondwanaland".
The seven-piece band of "Gumboot Soup" has released a total of four singles: "Beginner's Luck", "All Is Known", "The Last Oasis" and "Greenhouse Heat Death".
And they show once again why King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are among the absolute hopefuls of their genre.
